The Peaches Healthcare Limited was the brainchild of its founders Mr Kowcigan Jambulingam and Mr Pugalendran Rajendran. Even though they both came from Physiotherapy background, they were truly passionate about establishing their own business in health and social care sector. This stimulated them to persuade a Master’s degree in Business Administration specialising in Health care management. The passion towards caring for the elderly and the disabled motivated them to start work as a care assistant rather than becoming full-time Physiotherapists with their degrees they obtained. Hence, from ground upwards they both learnt the work of being a carer enthusiastically. In each step of their career, they have crafted themselves to learn the correct ways to care for vulnerable people encompassing all the legal duties around Safeguarding, Medication administration, Mental capacity assessments etc., Working as Physiotherapists later in various settings also helped them acquire insights into how the National Health System (NHS), Continuing Health Care (CHC) and Local Authority works in sourcing and providing care packages for the ones who need it. With the wealth of knowledge, they finally decided to establish their own Health and Social care business and it paved the way for the birth of our pride ‘The Peaches Healthcare Limited’.
