"End of life care and support services are an important part of our organisation’s commitment to delivering high quality care and support to those in need. Our organisation has a long history of delivering excellent end of life care and support services, from providing palliative care to bereavement support. In order to ensure that our services are delivered to a high standard, we have recently achieved Gold Standard Framework (GSF) accreditation. This accreditation requires that we meet certain standards for end of life care and support services, including providing appropriate assessment, care planning, training and support for staff, and making sure the quality of care meets the needs of the individuals we serve."
